Hey Reader

It’s been a minute, how are you?

Life was life-ing in October with lots of kids, colds and a lovely visit from my parents (and Callum their dog 🐶). We went to see Abba Voyage in London - which was amazing! I told my mum I remember her playing Abba records when I was younger so it was nostalgic for both of us. If you get a chance to go I highly recommend it - do I now have a Pinterest board for Abba outfit inspo? Yes I do!

They also didn't allow phones in the venue which got a cheer from everyone and reinforced that more of us are embracing the need to switch off, stop the doomscroll and be present.

I have also been heads-down prepping for Black Friday, upskilling on the new Pinterest ads functionality in amongst being really busy with some very exciting ecommerce brands who are embracing Pinterest as an alternative to focusing on social media only.

If like me (and my clients), you’ve felt a bit over your socials lately…. you’re not alone! Which is why I thought I would also share some current Pinterest trends you can use this week in your Pinning Strategy if you feel like pinning and sharing your existing content rather than scrolling.

Winter Wonders

Tip: What content do you have related to your products and services you can create pins for gift guides, festive visuals or cosy winter lifestyle content

Cosy Outdoors

Tip: Highlight your products, blogs or content that show how you and your audience can embrace a cosy outdoors aesthetic.

Keeping Warm

Tip: share your products or content that offer warmth and wellbeing. From self-care to slow living.

Home Renovations

Tip: Tap into the ‘New year, New space’ trends with pins around organisation, makeovers, or fresh starts for home or business.

Peak Travel

Tip: inspire your audience to plan ahead with travel-friendly ideas, routines, or “2026 goals” content that ties into manifesting and visualising.

Don't forget to use the Pinterest Trends tool to really dive into what is happening in your niche this month and what keywords are popular. Another advantage of doing this is that you can pin and plan ahead by anticiapting what your audience will be searching for. Leaving you calm and relaxed in December and NOT burnt-out and overwhelmed!

Happy Pinning!
